A few things that I’ve heard over the past couple of days…

• I have heard that the University of Bridgeport (CT) will hire Nikki Turoni as an assistant coach. Turoni has spent the past five seasons as an assistant at Goldey-Beacom (DE). She is will be the first hire for new head coach Jen Carleton and will serve as her top assistant.

• It sounds like Mike Knowles has been named as an assistant at Peninsula College (WA). He was the long-time head coach at Port Angeles (WA) and coached current Peninsula head coach Alison Crumb when she played at PA.
