A couple of quick items…

• From a great source…Northeastern head coach Daynia La-Force is involved with the opening at the University of Rhode Island. La-Force just wrapped up her seventh season at NU. She has also been the head coach at New Haven, and an assistant at St. John’s.

• I can confirm that Penn State assistant Maren Walseth interviewed at North Dakota State yesterday. She has been an assistant at her alma mater for the past seven seasons. She played in the WNBA after graduating in 2002. No word on how many other candidates will be visiting campus.
