Sylvia Crawley has resigned her position as head women’s basketball coach at Boston College for health reasons.

In four seasons with the Eagles, Crawley compiled an overall record of 67-63 (20-38 in the ACC). The Eagles finished the 2011-12 campaign with a 7-23 overall record.

Assistant coach Tim Eatman will serve as interim head coach until a permanent successor is hired.
