Graupe resigns as Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Miles CC; Kortum named Interim Head Coach
Miles Community College Women’s Pioneer Basketball Head Coach Mark Graupe has resigned due to health concerns. Graupe was named head coach in June of 2024 and began his first season with the Pioneers earlier this month. He began his long coaching career in North Dakota after graduating from the University of North Dakota in 1987.
Howard’s Grace receives 4-yr contract extension
Howard University Athletics Director Kery Davis has announced that head women’s basketball coach Tiesha “Ty” Grace has received a four-year contract extension through the 2027-28 season. Grace joined Howard University in 2015 and, over her time here, has navigated the Bison to become one of the best programs in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC).
