HOT RUMOR: Change made at UC-Colorado Springs

I have heard from a great source and have now confirmed that Corey Laster is no longer the head coach at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He had been at the helm since 2010, and was a DI assistant at Bucknell before that. I’ll pass along the official statement once it’s released.

HOT: Witherspoon fired at La. Tech

Louisiana Tech head coach Teresa Weatherspoon has been relieved of her duties effective immediately. She complied a 99-71 record over six seasons (12-20 this season). Athletic Director Tommy McClelland was quoted as saying, “This decision was very difficult to make and was not made without careful consideration of all the facts and implications,” McClelland said.
