The contract for Ohio University Women’s basketball Head Coach Semeka Randall will not be renewed, Director of Athletics Jim Schaus announced. Randall, who completed her fifth season, compiled a 50-103 overall record and a 22-58 mark in Mid-American Conference competition.

"I want to thank Semeka Randall for her hard work and dedication as the Ohio Women’s Basketball Head Coach," Schaus said, "I appreciate the many positive aspects which she provided to the program during her tenure. However, after an evaluation of the overall program, I feel it is time to move the program in a different direction. We will begin a national search immediately for Ohio’s next women’s basketball coach."

This past season, the Bobcats finished with a 6-23 overall record and a 1-15 mark in MAC play.
