Multiple sources have now told WHoopDirt.com that Evansville head coach Oties Epps will resign effective immediately and assistant coach Matt Ruffing will coach the team for the remainder of the season.  Evansville is currently 2-25 this season (1-15) giving Epps a record of 44-106 since he became the head coach in 2011.
