Bowling Green State University women’s basketball coach Jennifer Roos has announced that Monique Rosati will remain the program’s Director of Operations. Rosati enters her sixth season in the position.
As part of the Falcon women’s basketball staff, Rosati has helped the program win at least one Mid-American Conference title in each of her first five seasons.
Rosati performs a veritable plethora of day-to-day duties for the program. Those duties include handling all film exchange for the program, assisting the coaching staff with team travel, academic coordination and daily operations within the basketball office.
In addition to winning the aforementioned MAC titles, BGSU has advanced to national postseason play in each of Rosati’s five years with the program, averaging nearly 27 wins per season. Since her arrival in Northwest Ohio in August of 2007, the Falcons have posted an overall record of 134-32 (80.7%) and a 69-11 mark (86.3%) in MAC regular-season games.
