Bellarmine University women’s basketball coach Chancellor Dugan has announced the addition of a pair of assistants to her staff, naming long-time assistant Shannon Litton and former Sacred Heart, Western Kentucky University, and WNBA player Crystal Kelly as assistant coaches.
