According to two separate sources, Appalachian State head coach Darcie Vincent has been released. It sounds like at least two assistants are also no longer with the program. Vincent was hired in 2008 by AD Charlie Cobb – Cobb resigned about three weeks ago to become the AD at Georgia State. In her six years at the helm, Vincent compiled at 117-75 record.
