Former College of Saint Rose standout and Troy, N.Y. native, Andrew Pelletier has been named the new head women’s basketball coach at ACPHS. Pelletier graduated from the College of Saint Rose in 2011. During his senior year, he helped guide his team to a 22-9 record with a NCAA East Regional Semifinal appearance. Prior to transferring to St. Rose, Pelletier was at NE-10 rival Franklin Pierce. He also spent a year at Winchedon Prep while scoring more than 1,000 points throughout his high school career.
"I am excited to have the opportunity to work with the student athletes and ACPHS. The student athletes have already achieved a lot both academically and athletically and I am grateful for the opportunity to build on their success. I am excited to get going," Pelletier said who also previously served as the Assistant Director of Summer Basketball Camps at The College of Saint Rose.
Pelletier replaces former Head Coach Dan McGraw who stepped down from his position to devote more time to his full-time employment as a sales representative.
