Lake Region State College (LRSC) is seeking applicants for a Head Women’s Basketball Coach. LRSC basketball competes at the NJCAA Division I level and is a member of the Mon-Dak Conference.

Major responsibilities for this position include demonstrating competency in sport skill instruction, conducting practice sessions, managing the program’s budget, and conducting extensive recruiting. A sincere interest in the personal, academic, and athletic progress of student-athletes is required.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree required.  Candidate must have coaching experience to be considered. Successful candidate must have strong leadership, proven interpersonal and communication skills, and solid planning and organizational abilities. Preference will be given to applicants with teaching/coaching experience in a community college or experience coaching basketball.

This is a part-time position with a chance to be full-time depending on candidates qualifications.
