Southwestern College announced head women’s basketball coach Chardonnae Parker has resigned.

“I want to thank Coach Parker for her dedication to our women’s basketball program and the college,” said Matt O’Brien, Southwestern College athletic director. “We appreciate Coach Parker’s contributions and wish her the best in her future endeavors.”

Parker spent two seasons at the helm of the Moundbuilders. 

O’Brien stated that a national search for the next head women’s basketball coach will begin immediately.
