University of Arkansas – Fort Smith Women’s Basketball head coach Ryan McAdams has added Jordon Klein to his staff as an assistant coach.
“Coach Klein is a terrific basketball mind and an even better person,” McAdams said. “He brings great energy and an upbeat attitude every day. He has worked with some of the greats in our game and has hit the ground running since he’s been on campus. We are thrilled to add Coach Klein to the Fort Smith community.”
Klein joins the Lions from Cornell College, where he was an assistant to the men’s basketball program. He helped coach two All-Midwest Conference guards in his lone season with the Rams.
“I am thrilled to embark on this new journey with UAFS women’s basketball,” Klein said. “I feel incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to learn from and work with Coach McAdams and his amazing staff. Joining the Fort Smith community fills me with absolute joy, and I cannot wait to contribute to the program’s success.”
Prior to his time at Cornell, Klein was the varsity assistant basketball coach at Nathan Hale High School while working as the CFO for a media company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Klein has also worked as a clinician for Snow Valley Basketball School and USA Basketball Gold Camps. He played collegiately at UW-Manitowoc and UW-Fox Valley.
