The Graduate Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach will, assist with all phases of coaching an intercollegiate team, including, recruiting, scouting, game management, supporting student athletes.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit student athletes that fit D’Youville University.
• Must be present and engaged at every team function.
• Cooperates and is professional with other staff to ensure a positive student athlete experience is obtained.
• Scouting assignments as assigned by Head Coach.
• Ability to create edits using photo shop and experience in running social media accounts.
• Weekend work, irregular hours, travel, and physical demands are required in this position.
• Assist in team travel and meals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Demonstrated ability to work in a small college setting and be flexible
• Valid drivers license
• Knowledge in Synergy, Scouting Apps, Hudl
• Genuine interest in and willingness to work with students; understanding of student attitudes, concerns and problems.
