Description: | The College of William and Mary, an NCAA Division I member of the Colonial Athletic Association, invites applications for an assistant coaching position in women’s basketball. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all aspects of daily operations of the program including, but not limited to: practice and game coaching, on and off campus recruiting, opponent scouting, scheduling, budget management, and office administration. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes, show the ability to recruit, develop and motivate quality student-athletes, possess good communication and leadership skills, strong computer and writing skills, and a knowledge of and commitment to all university, conference and NCAA regulations.
