The Head Women’s Basketball Coach will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of student-athletes and the full management of the women’s program in accordance with NAIA, The Heart of America Conference, university and department guidelines. This individual will lead all aspects of the program, including but not limited to, management of assistant coaches, game and practice plans, travel, budget, equipment maintenance, etc. This coach’s philosophy needs to include educating the whole student-athlete: academically by maintaining athletic eligibility & coordinating study hall sessions and personally by conducting community service projects which are a representation of the department’s mission and vision fully aligning with that of the universities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree & prior coaching experience required. Master’s degree & NAIA and/or private, value-based experience preferred.
