The Athletics Department at Towson University is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. This position has primary responsibilities for oversight of on and off-court player development.

Responsibilities: Oversee player development on and off-court, to include coordination with both sports medicine and strength conditioning; provide significant input in development of in-season and out-of-season practice and workout plans; coordinate with the Total Tiger Program for leadership development, life skills, diversity training, and community service; assist in all aspects of practice and game coaching; provide skill instruction for student-athletes including individual sessions, small groups, and total team training; recruit student-athletes by attending games, tournaments, home visits, school visits, and make recommendations to the Recruiting Coordinator and Head Coach on which prospective student-athletes should receive a scholarship offer from Towson University; and other duties as assigned by the Head Women’s basketball coach.
