On hand making the announcement was UDM President Dr. Antoine M. Garibaldi, Ph.D., and Director of Athletics Robert C. Vowels, Jr.

Garibaldi, Vowels and Coach Scott all addressed the crowd during the press conference. Coach Scott took questions from the crowd and then it was off to one-on-one interviews with members of the media. The Titan women’s basketball team was also on hand and a number of them addressed media members.
