The successful applicant will be an experienced and confident coach who can successfully motivate young women to achieve common goals. The coach will have excellent character traits, a cooperative attitude in working with the administration, and an interest in promoting the program amongst our alumni and friends. It is important that the successful candidate understand and share a commitment to the Division III philosophy and student-athlete academic progress. Finally, the coach will be expected to uphold the policies, rules and regulations of Gustavus Adolphus College, the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, and NCAA Division III.
This is a full-time position in which the contract length is nine months. The salary is competitive and Gustavus offers an excellent benefits package.
