Professional contract position available April 25, 2012. Ball State University invites applicants for its Head Basketball Coach for Women. Responsibilities: direct all phases of the women’s basketball program; assess and evaluate talent and recruitment of athletes; direct scouting reports and pre-competition evaluations of opponents; assist with the promotion and marketing of the program, including public speaking, camps, clinics, special projects, and dealing with alumni; supervise all assistant coaches and director of women’s basketball operations; monitor academic progress of athletes; adherence to all rules and regulations of Ball State University, the Mid-American Conference and the NCAA; pass the NCAA certification examination on an annual basis.
