Direct all facets of a highly competitive NCAA Division III program with a special emphasis on recruitment of appropriate student-athletes. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to practice and game preparation; budgeting; academic support; scheduling of practices and games; fundraising; supervision of assistant coach(es); and general welfare of student-athletes. A complete understanding of NCAA rules and regulations and adherence to these policies at all times is a necessity. A secondary responsibility will be assigned by the director of athletics. Regular day, evening and weekend hours are required.
