Colgate University, an NCAA Division I member of the Patriot League Conference, invites applications for an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach Position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting the head coach in all aspects of the program; recruiting; on-court teaching and player development; monitoring student-athlete academic progress; coordinating team travel; and extensive daily administrative duties as assigned by the head coach. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), computer skills and a knowledge and commitment to all University, League, and NCAA regulations. Prior coaching or playing experience at the Division I level is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. This is a twelve-month position with health benefits. A valid driver’s license is required.
