This is a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position reporting to the Director of Athletics. Responsibilities include organizing, developing and administering all phases of the Women’s Basketball program, including recruitment, budget management, on-floor coaching and the supervision of an assistant coach. The successful candidate will also teach in our required Physical Education program. Candidates must be committed to a philosophy of building a successful, respected program and exhibit a strong commitment toward adhering to the Washington and Lee Athletic Department, NCAA and ODAC policies and guidelines with particular emphasis on academic priorities for student-athletes as well as the importance of good citizenship both on and off the courts.
