Perform duties as assigned by the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, per NCAA Bylaw 11.7. Assist with the regular practice sessions in- and out-of-season, as permitted. Coach student-athletes during scheduled events. Implement strategies necessary to motivate student-athletes to maximum levels of individual and team performance.
Maintain continual knowledge of all applicable NCAA, Big 12 Conference, University and department rules and regulations. Assist with the recruitment of quality student-athletes and coordinate said recruiting activities with the athletic compliance staff. Demonstrate an active involvement in the academic progress of student-athletes
