Job Duties: *Video Support* Provide oversight and management for all aspects of the sports video operations for women’s basketball. This will include film exchange, video capture, editing, production, equipment maintenance, and related support for coaches’ and student-athletes’ use. Coordinate the scheduling and processing of video tape. exchange with other schools. Maintain a video library for all sports video associated with the women’s basketball program. Work closely with Director of Video on provision of student video support for women’s basketball. Provide coaches and student athletes with on-going training and development of technical skills related to video programs. *Player Development* Develop, plan, and coordinate programs for student athlete development and service activities. This will include various team functions, team-building programs, campus events, and community outreach. *Summer Camp* Plan, organize, advertise, and oversee all aspects of the women’s basketball camp program including hiring all camp staff. Attend all monthly camp meetings associated with operating camp within university guidelines. Oversee timely brochure planning and printing, website updates, and on-going registration of interested camp clients.
