| Description: | The University of Antelope Valley, a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Basketball. UAV will begin their inaugural season in 2016-17. The Head Coach is responsible for all phases of building the Women’s basketball program including, but not limited to, recruitment of prospective student-athletes, academic success of student-athletes, supervision of an Assistant Coach, scheduling, budget management, attending meetings with alumni and other public relations events, organizing camps and clinics in support of UAV Athletics, fundraising, adherence to NAIA rules and regulations, and other duties assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Experience: Collegiate level coaching and recruiting experience; prior successful NAIA coaching experience a plus.
Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
