The Head Women’s Basketball Coach will manage and direct all aspects of the women’s basketball program including recruiting, budgeting, scheduling, and player development.
Coaching Duties
Recruits/retain student-athletes by College and NAIA policies and meets goals for roster size
Coordinates fundraising efforts
Coordinates team travel arrangements
Monitors academic progress of student-athletes
Ensures knowledge and compliance of current college, conference and NAIA policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director
