Crossroads College Hires Assistant

Crossroads College has named Alicia Carson Assistant Basketball Coach for the women’s program. Alicia graduated from Lincoln Christian University with Magna Cum Laude in 2014 with a B.A. in Psychology which she was able to complete in just 3 1/2 years.

Alicia played volleyball and basketball at Lincoln Christian University where she was a 3-Time NCCAA All-American in volleyball. In 2013 Carson was named MVP of the NCCAA II National Volleyball Tournament. During the 2014 volleyball season LCU made the move to NAIA II Independent where Carson led the nation in hitting percentage and kills per set. Carson was also ranked #2 in the nation for total kills with 410. Carson earned Honorable Mention All-Region honors in the 2011-12 basketball season.

Coach Carson’s responsibilities will include: Recruiting, team building, post player development and assisting in game planning.

Alicia currently works as a Customer Service Specialist in the admissions office at Rochester Community & Technical College.
